Mr. Olsen has over 30 years of experience in helping clients resolve complex environmental regulatory issues primarily involving the subjects of wetlands, stormwater, flood protection, public water treatment, underground injection control, water supply, and water rights.  He works all over Florida and occasionally outside of the State.  Before joining Hopping Green & Sams, he was a senior attorney at the St. Johns River Water Management District where he worked on legislation and rules involving Environmental Resource Permitting and Florida's wetland mitigation banking program.   He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice.
