Provides an in-depth look at how public realm investments can create a significant return on investment by creating “great places”. We will explore how the built environment of these great places spurs economic development and creates livable, sustainable communities through case studies from around the Country. The discussion will include the implementation of Complete Streets, Walkable Communities, Trails, Parks, and Art Hubs, as well as best practices that are transferrable to all communities, large and small; audience participation encouraged.
