Penny Cutt is a Senior Associate with Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc. Her expertise is in marine and coastal environments, specializing in Joint Coastal Permitting, Environmental Resource Permitting, and biological monitoring. She has 23 years of experience, with 10 years in the private sector and the remainder with the public sector at the US Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District, and Miami-Dade County DERM. Penny’s Masters work is in Coastal Zone Management and Marine Biology at Nova Southeastern University and her Bachelors is in Bioprocess Management from the University of Florida. She is an appointed member of the Broward County Climate Change Task Force, an appointed member of the Pompano Beach Marine Advisory Board, and serves on the Board of Directors of Friends of Our Florida Reefs. She also served on the Broward County Marine Advisory Committee.
