In her time as Assistant Executive Director at SJRWMD, Lisa took deliberate steps to reduce operational expenses and increase revenues available for cost-share and mission related projects. She is skilled in assisting clients with regulatory permitting and compliance, contracts, government negotiations, environmental policy, legislation, funding, natural systems restoration, and developing partnerships.
